Hubertus has three decades of experience as entrepreneur, CEO, board member and angel investor in the gaming industry in Europe and the GCC. He co-founded Babil Games, the first mobile-games publisher with Arabic content, acquired by Stillfront Group in 2017. Today Hubertus is an active early stage investor in the digital assets space and Chairman of Ghaf Capital, UAE's leading Web 3 VC, advisor to the SUI Foundation and former President of the Tezos Foundation.

Saad Umerani
Saad Umerani leads ValuStrat's M&A practice, bringing extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and investor. With a background in building successful CPG brands in the Middle East, he has over a decade of hands-on involvement in global DTC brands. Additionally, he has founded two fintech software companies specializing in credit ratings and valuations. Previously, he worked in investment banking in Abu Dhabi and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Yusuf Bashir
Yusuf focuses on investments across enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML. Yusuf is a FINRA-registered Investment Banking Representative with Future Next and holds Series 79, 82 and 63 licenses. He works with early-stage companies on go-to-market, pricing, product development, capital raising, and the mergers and acquisition process.

Gaurav Dhar
Gaurav is the CEO of the oldest Payments Solution Provider in the UAE, Marshal Equipment, and is a board member of the MENA Fintech Association. He is an active angel investor and holds an LP in 5 international venture funds.
